I like a clean house and I don't want any of the roommates to have to worry if the other roommates are going to keep the house clean or not, so to make it easy on everyone I pay for a housekeeper to come clean the entire house monthly. You will have access to the entire house and yard. Rent is $850per month, along with a $400 deposit that is fully refundable when you provide me with a prior month notice. I provide, fast internet, washer & dryer, a big screen TV in the living room, and central air throughout the house. Everyone who lives here is super laid back and I would prefer that whoever moves in is the same. Anyways, hit me up if you are interested!
