APPLICATION PROCESS
We have a Pet Policy that allows for 2 pets maximum, with a strict 25 lbs. weight limit on ALL dogs.
Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
A Security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
Location: 10 min walk to Tazza D'Ora coffee shop and acclaimed restaurants on charming Bryant St.

-- Catch a movie at the Waterworks Mall just 15min away.
