I am looking for a roommate to share a nice 2 bedroom condo thats on a quiet street in South Portland. It is in a great central location, less than 10 minutes to Willard Beach, Bug Light, Mill Creek Park and the Old Port. There are also numerous places to hop on the Greenbelt Pathway to run, walk or bike!
Available Nov 1st with a 30 day minimum but flexible on end date.
You would have a private bedroom with a good-sized closet, plus an extra room that can be used as a sitting/study area, or for reading, hobbies, games, or storage. You also get an assigned parking space.
Both rooms come furnished, but can be unfurnished if you would prefer. The bedroom currently has a full size bed with a new memory foam mattress, a bureau, night-stand and full-length mirror. The extra room is in the finished lower level (technically the basement), with a comfy chair, yogibo beanbag, a smart TV, and a large closet for any additional storage needs!
The eat-in kitchen has all the essentials, plus a small pantry, decent counter space, and full appliances that include a new dishwasher (not pictured). Laundry is in-unit and there’s a small deck in the back that’s nice for hanging out and relaxing. This would be a good fit for someone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live. I like to keep a clean living space and hope to find someone else who values that as well.

Not Included (to be split monthly): internet, gas, electricity
An application, good credit, and employment verification will be required. Sorry, no vouchers accepted.
