Inspired by its sister building the ever-popular DEN- hallmarked by a common area suited for FUN and living quarters suited for FUNCTION - but taken up a notch with new creativity and inspiration all built for YOU. The roof deck is so close to the sky that you can almost touch the stars or tiptoe upon the spire of the Campanile!
Six of the units at the Lair will feature one-of-a-kind ORI Cloud Beds, which immediately convert select 1BR into rooms for three by converting the living room couch into a bed, with the flip of a switch. You’ll be amazed when the ORI drops from the ceiling to add one more cozy bed, then disappears in the morning to return to the couch.
Similar to the Den, the units all feature a full set of appliances INCLUDING washer/dryer in each unit as well as all the furniture and finishes you need for happy, comfortable living. Heck - we’ll even throw in a TV for you! Connect cable or just chromecast/airplay to a big screen when you feel like kicking your feet up and watching something on a screen bigger than your tablet!

From the Lair, you can walk to your fine arts class OR you can walk to the fine arts themselves! You can walk to campus and swipe your meal card, OR you can walk to any of the dozens of fun, flavorful, and famed restaurants like Angeline’s, Jupiter, Revival, and more!
