Pay Stubs: Two months worth of pay stubs must be provided to verify current employment and income.
Copy of Drivers License: A copy of each tenants valid drivers license is required for identification purposes.
Application Form and Fee: Each adult resident must complete an application form and pay a non-refundable fee to cover the cost of background and credit checks.
Renters Insurance: All tenants are required to obtain and maintain renters insurance throughout the duration of the lease. Proof of renters insurance coverage must be provided.
