Work for rent as a caretaker of property and animals, tiny house, trailer - We are looking for a property "Caretaker". We have 2 acres with animals. Need someone, old-young-male-female, to live on the property and do daily chores and other miscellaneous jobs in exchange for rent. Must be able to walk up and down hills and Carry 50 pound bags of feed. Basic "handyman/woman", swimming pool knowledge a plus. Aptitude to learn and follow directions is a must. We have a small Goat milk dairy, horses, sheep, chickens, ducks, Geese, fish pond, rabbits and Bees. We can not expect someone to have experience in all these areas. That is why I want someone who has the ability and willingness to learn. See our YouTube channel "kathyland" to see what I do every day. Housing is a small travel trailer (room for ONE), see pictures. You will need to have an income for your own personal needs and food. Single person ONLY, NO children. A small dog maybe ok but no cats. I love cats but I do not want an indoor cat in this small space and an outdoor cat will get eaten by the coyotes. Absolutely NO children, don't even ask.
You must be able to pass a background check, criminal check, Megan's law, watch list, evictions etc... the work for rent part is 20 hours of work a week.
If there is something I need done and you can do that goes over the 20 house a week I will pay $. Utility's, Electric, water and internet are included. You will pay for your own Propane.

Every day
Clean out chicken water.
Collect eggs.
Feed and water all animals (and feed babies)
Keep both barns clean.
Milk goats and clean milking machine.
Let me know when we are low on feed before we are out of feed.
Once a week
Clean trays under rabbit hutch
Scoop up rabbit manure under cages and distribute it in planter beds.
Scrub out all automatic waters once a week.
Pool, sweep, skim, chlorine, help with filter cleaning (every 3 or 4 months).
Clean and rake around barn and animal pen areas.
Clean animal pens as needed.
Every 2 weeks
Clean out and refill duck ponds.
Clean out hen houses and put down new bedding.
Keep the area around trailer clean and weed free.
Trim goat hooves. A few goats every 2 weeks. Keep track of whose feet you have done.
As needed
Cary 50-pound bags of feed and fill feed containers
