Each applicant must provide copy of drivers license, social security card, at least 3 months bank statements and 3 months pay stubs with applications to be considered. Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis once all documents and application fees have been received.

Upon applicant being approved, applicant must submit the security deposit and first months rent within 3 days of being approved. If applicant does not submit security deposit within 3 days of being approved then the applicant will be rejected and the next application will be processed.
