The property will be available for move-in on or around November 1, 2023.

-House rules-

No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property. The lease term is 12 months and renters are required to have tenants/renters insurance. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard (we will provide a lawn mower and leaf blower) or hiring a yard service, or opting for the landlords to do this upkeep (no extra charge).
