Residents of The Yacht Club enjoy a wide range of resort-style amenities, including two swimming pools (located directly on the intracoastal and another in a tropical environment), a fitness center, a jacuzzi, a theatre room, and tennis courts. Rules to Ensure Blissful Stays:

• One (1) Pet Permitted, if Approved

• You are accountable for any property damage during your stay

• Children over 3 welcome.

• No Smoking in the unit or on balcony

• HOA Application Fee: $150. The HOA mandates a lease application packet to be completed by both owner and tenant. Tenancy duration must be a minimum of Three (3) months and tenant must have a credit score of 725 or higher per HOA rules.

• $200 cleaning fee and $2,500 Security Deposit.
