Let’s talk about Leona… She’s a brickhouse and yes I mean that physically- and as in the way where people say it about other people as a compliment to their figure… respectfully. And out back? Big deck energy (bc, yes, that’s gender neutral). And a hUgE, fenced backyard! That you’ll never have to mow! Lawncare included, babeyyyy. Slab parking out front! And between all of that? A real house, with real feelings- I mean, bedrooms, two of ‘em to be exact. A modernized kitchen w/ new stainless appliances- dishwasher, gas range, and side-by-side fridge. AND TWO BATHROOMS. One on the main floor, and one downstairs with the laundry and the additional storage space. Heads up, yeah it looks like we tore carpet out of the basement… it’s not going to be replaced, so don’t put down ur own, or try to blame us if a rug gets ruined- it’s not a finished living space, so we suggest if you store stuff down there, keep it in tubs/up off the ground, as we always recommend! :D okay, whew, we can all breathe now.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
