I have a 1990 3 bed room 2 bath it’s 12X65 in very good condition.
It’s located at 5225 August ave. THE TRAILER HAS TO BE MOVED FROM THE PROPERTY ITS ON. (The landlord is closing down the park and turning it into an RV park only) The home can come furnished if needed (beds, dressers, recliner couches, recliner, kitchen table,microwave, also the porch if you want I HAVE TITLE IN HAND. I have a man that has came and inspected the trailer and gave me the OK for the move which he is willing to do for a decent price (his name is mr. Lloyd and I will give you his number along with the title) PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CASH IN HAND OR A HOME TO TRADE FOR EQUAL VALUE ALSO WILLING TO TRADE FOR A VEHICLE OF EQUAL VALUE. No holds, whoever has the cash,home,or vehicle first will get the title. I’ve already had 2 people come with cash in hand but it was not my asking price it’s selling fast so if your interested I’d advise you to contact me and set up a time to meet at the trailer and go to the title company (also I’m asking you pay for the home to be put in your name, it shouldn’t be more then 120$ I can put that it’s a donation so it’s cheaper) IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTION PLEASE CONTACT ME AND ILL GET BACK TO YOU WHEN I CAN.
