Application Fee: $50 for all applicants 18 and older and cosigners
Deposit: minimum deposit of $925 and up to $1,850 (depending on screening results, our screening criteria is available at principlepm.com)
Lease Term: 11 months (depending on move-in date)
Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit
Pet Policy: No pets

Upon approval, applicant is required to take possession of the unit within 2 weeks of the approval date OR the move-in ready date, whichever is last.
