- Verified 12 months contractual rental history with good standing
- No prohibited items
- Absence of criminal convictions due to conduct that may adversely affect property of the landlord or a tenant or the health, safety or right of peaceful enjoyment of the premises of residents, the landlord or the landlords agent
- Description of mitigating circumstances for any negative screening criteria to be considered on a case-by-case basis
Terms:
- Unfurnished/furnished: 6-month lease with option to extend. $3,100 / month, plus a $300 utility fee which includes wifi.
- Dogs for non-refundable deposit fee of $500
- Absolutely no smoking.
- First and last months rent. $1600 security deposit.
- Proof of renters insurance required before move-in.
