Off the main living space there is one bathroom with a shower. There is a spacious office with large glass french doors that provide great views of the backyard. There are 2 large bedrooms, each having a walk-in closet, and a jack and jill bath between them with 2 sinks and tub/shower combo. Tons of storage space and a full washer and dryer are also included.
The backyard will be shared and includes a large cement patio, gas fire pit, patio furniture, and hot tub.
We have 2 dogs who will use the backyard. You are welcome to have your own cat and/or dog as long as they get along with us and our dogs.
