Lease takeover for a 1 bedroom/1 bath/+ separate office space loft, minutes from downtown Greenville at Judson Mill Lofts. I have paid rent through Oct so if you are needing to move before Nov 1st I can have it available with no charge for the rest of Oct. I can give a remote tour or in person anytime of the apartment and the full property amenities. If I am not available, the leasing office will give you a tour. I have an application from the leasing office that has to be filled out on paper and turned in along with a cashiers check for $75 application fee and $300 admin fee and copies of your pay stub. There are no strict credit requirements but you must make 3x monthly rent per month ($1650 x 3= $4960 gross monthly income). They do check rental history and do not allow evictions within the last 7 years. If you qualify for the same security deposit that I paid, it will be transferred to you and you will not have to pay one. If you did not qualify for the same deposit, the deposit could be up a full month's rent. Very pet friendly and they will waive all pet fees if you have proof that you have adopted your pet.
