Furnished, 3 months only, views of Discovery Bay, Spacious House - You’ll find Northwest living at best! When you drive to Greta’s Place you’ll be greeted by tall evergreens. As you get closer to the bay you’ll see the wondrous Pacific Madrone trees framing the property.
The large picture windows bring natural light and illuminate the furnishings of the main floor living area. Have fun watching a movie on one of the 2 Roku TVs in the house. Plenty of room for the whole family to appreciate the views.
The kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, stovetop (but no oven) is equipped for preparing meals which can be enjoyed inside in the dining area or outside on the large deck overlooking the beautiful grounds. The propane grill is located on the front patio.
The main floor hosts a living room, foosball table, Roku TV, laundry room and a Queen size sofa couch. There is also a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs you’ll find the main bedroom with king bed, kitchen, dining area, family area with Roku TV and bathroom with shower. Look in the closet and you’ll also find a full size Murphy Bed.
Parking - Plenty of outside parking for cars.
Location - on the Discovery Bay peninsula, on the eastern edge.
Arrive home and soak up the peaceful serenity. Located on acreage, the home nestled in the woods. The perfect retreat.
All utilities will be charged back, no need to open accounts. This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Please call about availability. Rental rate changes with the seasons.
One dog OK with $25-50 per month pet rent and extra refundable deposit. There is no fenced yard. Must be fixed, adult and friendly.
Application fee is $50 per adult. $56 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted but rental term is for less than 6 months, as this is a summer home. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion.
We are looking for people with a short term reason to stay, verifiable employment (or retired), gross income of 3x rent or pay in advance, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.

Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month. We require first, last and one month's deposit to move in. $1000 deposit represents refundable security.
