It's right off of Arapahoe Road in a quiet little complex called Peakview Pointe Condominiums. It's located just south of DTC and right off of I-25 so it has easy access everything. The condo has a great layout with a good sized kitchen, nice patio, in-unit washer/dryer, a wood burning fireplace, and a community pool. If you don't own any pots, pans, plates, or silverware, no worries! You'll have full access to all of those items already in the kitchen. All of the living room furniture is currently being updated over the next few weeks as well. You will have your own bathroom and access to multiple storage closets outside of the bedroom as well. The rent for this room would be $1150 per month. The utilities will be set at a flat rate of $100 per month so in total this room will be set at $1250 per month.
