The unit is vacant and ready now. The screening process requires an application from each party over 18 years old, and general guidelines are: minimum credit score of 650 and income 3x rent. There is some flexibility for the right person/people.
Utilities are on a per person/prorated basis, payable every two months and include gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, high speed internet and several streaming channels (which vary depending on current offerings). Tenants also need to have a policy of renter’s insurance.
