Description
#5 Luce Milan-inspired furnished rental
Say ciao to #5 Luce! This super cute and cozy studio in a Victorian in Old Louisville was inspired by a Wes Anderson designed cafe in Milan.
Available furnished or not.
Created by one of Airbnbs longest tenured superhosts, a design and travel writer, #5 Luce was renovated and furnished with travelers in mind.
Youll find a comfy bed, a kitchen ready for cooking, and surprisingly roomy bathroom for such a petite space. It may be small, but huge windows, a carefully considered layout, and the cheerful color palette make this a happy space youll look forward to coming home to. With an all in one living and sleeping area youll have a pink velvet daybed that serves as a lounging space in the day, a desk/dining table, and a Roku TV ready for you to sign in to your favorite streaming apps. For an urban studio its surprisingly quiet, and stays dark at night. (We know what youre looking for!) A teeny stove and scaled-down fridge are ready for your culinary adventures or we can share the best places in Louisville to eat- your host has covered the dining and drinks scene in Louisville for 10+ years.

You can also open and close registers and the window. Laundry is in the basement and youll have off-street parking in the lot outside. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is allowed.
