Your 100 sq ft room would have its own entrance, with access from the side yard when preferred. Note there is no closet in the room, but I have left space in my office for another desk to provide a shared office space or some additional storage if needed. It is located just 0.5 miles from Downtown Vista, with a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the area. It is walking distance to the Vista Transit Center Station, with easy public transit options. Just 8 miles from the beach and close to parks and hiking trails, this is a also a great spot for someone who likes the outdoors. Dont feel like leaving the house? About me: I am a 37yo male, working professional. I recently purchased the home and moved here from San Diego with my wire-haired terrier mix named Olive. I enjoy hiking, camping, cooking, streaming TV series, playing guitar, and healthy living in general. I am really just looking for someone considerate and responsible, not a drinker or partier. Id like to keep common areas tidy and clean and be mindful of each others sleep schedules, etc.
Amenities included: dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, 1 shared bathroom, shared office space, washer dryer, and yard.
Parking: Street parking
No Utilities included. Electricity, gas, Cox Internet (250 Mbps), water, and trash will be split evenly between us. Note: an A/C unit and space heater are provided for the room
1 small or medium-sized dog would be considered on a case-by-case basis.
