The non-refundable fee is $350 and its included with the lease specifically for this house. It will not transfer to another property. We will giv e you back the $350 if you have been accepted by the HOA process. If you are not accepted we will not reimburse you.
The HOA process will take 1 - 2 weeks for approval.
The HOA does NOT manage the tenants. Once this initial lease process is completed the tenant would only work with the owners. If you rent for another year, you will not need to go through this process again. We would email them the new lease each year on should you continue to stay another lease period each year.
Lawn Maintenance included 2 times monthly
12 AC filters included for monthly changes
The items in the garage will be removed.
The items on the back patio will be removed unless you would like any of them. Then the patio will be cleaned.
