-Per Pet deposit = $500. Some breeds will not be accepted. Contact us for more details.
Lease contract is for a minimum of one year. We only hold a property for a maximum of 10 days with a $500 HOLD FEE upon approval (it will become part of your security deposits at lease execution). If you are not looking to move within the next 2-3 weeks, you may want to check back at a later time.
Application fee is $85 per applicant. All adults over the age of 18 must submit an application to be screened.
PER HOA, only small pets up to 25 lbs at maturity is allowed. Max of 2 per unit. All pets and service animals must be disclosed at time of application and are required to be registered with the HOA upon move in, if applicable. Owner reserved the right to rescind all approvals and terminate the signed lease contract, if not disclosed.
