Elkhorn Village Apartments takes care of your utility needs, with water, sewer, and garbage included. Residents are responsible for electric costs (City of Elkhorn Utilities).

We understand that pets are family, which is why we welcome up to two pets per unit, including small dogs and cats. The pet deposit is equivalent to one month's rent, with a monthly pet rent of $45 for dogs and $20 for cats.

Additional rentable items, subject to availability, include storage options priced at $30.00 per month or $150.00 for garages. Please note that a waitlist may apply for garages, and a deposit is required.
