Our freshly updated apartments feature beautiful modern wood-look vinyl floors and updated kitchens with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included.

Waterbury Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.

6. No sex offenders

7. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
