Great paired villa (shared wall) home in Daybreak. Across the street from a park and less than a mile from the Daybreak Lake. Very young community with lots of families and kids. Can have access to all of the Daybreak amenities including the community center with a gym, pools, parks, and tons of activities in the neighborhood. We can rent the place as soon as prospective renters are able to move in. Ideally would like someone there by at least October 1. Would require 1 year lease agreement initially and then can pay monthly if you would like to stay. Just need 30 days notice to vacate. No dogs, cats, or rodent pets allowed. Would prefer renting to a family but would accept up to 3, unrelated adults (at least 21 years old) roommates as well. HOA fee would be paid by renters, is $135 a month but includes internet. All other utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, and garbage) are paid by renter as well.
