Aloha! Welcome to Stratton Court. One room for rent in a private home in a picturesque cul-de-sac bordering a nature preserve in a safe and convenient Rocklin neighborhood. This 4 bedroom/2 bath home is warm, open, and bright.
I am a friendly working professional, and I work long hours and often travel on weekends. I enjoy basketball and other sports, film, fishing, the outdoors, and cooking Filipino dishes that my dad taught me. I am looking for a male roommate.
Home is clean, orderly, and friendly. I have a cat so if you are allergic to felines this probably wont be a good fit. I am Catholic and there are some religious items in the home, though I am open to roommates of different backgrounds and beliefs. Looking to have roommates who will fun and enjoy living together in a shared space, and who also respect privacy and give space when needed. Must be responsible, respectful, courteous, employed, clean, and trustworthy.
No drama.
Utilities are evenly split among roommates. No overnight guests, no smoking in the house, no drugs or marijuana. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Household chores and duties are evenly divided.
Minimalist living. Common areas are kept clean and clutter-free (Immediately put away personal belongings). Clean up immediately after cooking and eating and wipe counters. No dishes left out or in the sink. Keep surfaces clean and sanitized. Do not leave clothes in the washer and dryer.
Share common areas fairly, equally, and courteously. Use discretion with the TV and avoid divisive topics.
Bathroom and kitchen cabinets are evenly divided among roommates.
One person is allowed per room. No couples. No overnight guests except on rare occasions. Parking is available either in the driveway or on the street. No parking in front of neighbor’s homes.
The bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser, closet, and window coverings in a private location with a bathroom shared by one other person. Room includes surge protector power strips, laundry basket, garbage can and a locking door for privacy. You will have a cupboard near your room for linens and also in the kitchen for your personal items.
There is a washer, dryer, kitchen, family room with fireplace, living room, and formal dining room. Vaulted ceilings and copious windows give the space plenty of light and a sense of openness. There is a backyard, a garden, and ample shade on warm days. Utilities are evenly split among roommates.
Convenient location. Though tucked away in a private, quiet neighborhood, the home is close to Highways 65 and 80. Within less than 15 minutes of local Sutter and Kaiser hospitals. Close to several parks and trails, nearby grocery stores, and other amenities. Also close to TopGolf, the Galleria Mall, The Fountains, Movie Theaters, William Jessup, and Sierra College. Further out are Apple Hill (50 minute drive) Lake Tahoe (1 hour drive), San Francisco/Bay Area (2 hour drive) , Napa Valley (1 hour drive), Local wineries (within hour drive), Old Town/Downtown Sacramento (30 minutes), and Folsom Lake (20 minutes)
