The neighborhood is quiet and secure, nestled in the foothills of the Cascade mountains less than 30 minutes from Portland, Oregon. Commuters can access the freeway readily, whether heading into the city or deeper into nature. Portland International airport is just 17 miles away and 10 major medical facilities are within 27 miles. Outdoor opportunities abound here- fishing (river, lake, or ocean), mountain or rock climbing, mountain biking, or even world class windsurfing, just to name a few. There is easy access to hiking within 5 minutes from our home, or if youre in search of a longer sojourn, the Pacific Coast Trail is just 25 miles east. Craft breweries, the Pendleton Woolen Mill Outlet, and a Safeway grocery store are all in our town. Washougal is a great place to live and you wont regret your stay! The retired couple who own this studio live on site in adjoining home. This unit is newly remodeled as of May 2023.
