This home was built in the 1900s. The staircase to the basement can be a challenge for taller individuals (i.e. if youre more than 6-feet tall, youll need to watch your head as you enter the unit). This is the only part of the unit that poses a challenge for those who are tall.

No smoking anywhere on the property (in the building or on the grounds).
Open to trained, well-behaved pets.
