You will have a large furnished family room with reclining couch, matching recliner chair, tables, TV, faux fireplace, and large bright window. There is also a good sized refrigerator, kitchen table, and cabinet. An induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, pans and flatware are provided.
The bedroom is large and has a bright window with darkening curtains. It includes a hand painted mural too - a nice beach scene! The bed is full size and there is a dresser, nightstand/chest, and heater. A large walk in closet adjoins bedroom with plenty of hanging space and shelves. The private bathroom is full sized (full tub and shower) and next to bedroom. I will need to access downstairs storage room, utility room and breaker box on occasion, but will check first unless an emergency arises.
A full yard with garden space surrounds the N/E/S sides of house and home adjoins green space to east. Off street parking (and possible garage availability for a fee) is available. Maximum two vehicles.
No pets please, but would like cat friendly individual. I have two cats that spend most of their time upstairs, but they might want to visit you on occasion.
Longmont has a small town feel with parades, fairs, fun local events, music, breweries, recreation areas and complete personal/health care options. My home is in the NE part of town with great access to Hwy 66 which leads directly to I-25. Denver International Airport is 45 minutes away.
