For some reason (people are the reason), I feel the need to explicitly state that this is not, in fact, a luxury vehicle, but some fun I was having with a marketing title because this cute lil house is top of the line! Maybe it's not a giant Escalade, but it's definitely a trusty sedan. Instead of heated seats, let's talk about central air and heat. Handling? Steady. Stable. Fenced backyard and 1-car garage for ur actual sedan??
Two bedrooms, and extra room in the trunk- I mean off the back of the kitchen. In-unit laundry is something I don't know how to compare to a vehicle because this isn't Pimp My Ride featuring Xzibit, okay- it's Rent This House featuring CeCe w/ Garcia Property Management.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
