The split floor plan includes three bedrooms furnished with comfortable linens and pillows, plenty of natural light, and closets with room for your belongings.
On one side of the home are two guest rooms with full-sized beds and a shared bathroom that also has an exit to the patio and pool area. On the other side of the home is a spacious primary suite complete with a king size bed, walk-in closet, and large bathroom. From the primary suite you have views of the backyard and pool area and there is even a desk for remote work.
The outdoor pool area includes a large paver patio, lounge chairs, umbrellas for shade, and a large dining table perfect for grilling and dining al fresco. This home comes equipped with a washer and dryer in the garage, WiFi, basic cable, and utilities making it the perfect all-inclusive stay. Parking includes room for one car in the garage with additional parking in the driveway. All short-term stays are subject to successfully completing the rental application process, sales tax, and a departure cleaning fee. Rent includes water/sewer/trash, basic cable, internet, electricity up to $360/month, gas up to $50/month.
