• Deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not rent the home.
• Income must be 3 times the monthly rent. EX: $1500 per month rent would require an income of $4500
• Criminal history must not contain felony conviction(s) for criminal offenses involving; violence, assault, battery, firearms, arson, the manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances within the past seven (7) years, or misdemeanor or felony conviction(s) for sexual offenses regardless of when the conviction occurred.
• Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years.
• Co-signers must meet all the criteria
• Applications are approved in completion order. An email determination letter will be sent to you within 24-48 hours
