We strongly encourage you to read prior to booking with us. By booking you are accepting and understanding the rules and regulations.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are near major food and shopping malls.
We collect the right to obtain notice of any stains, tears and damages made after stay. If there is damages to the home there will be a fee equivalent to the cost of item and or legal pursuit if not resolved due to negligence.
The entire home is accessible except a locked closet below on the lower level. Please treat the home as your own, with care. We ask if you bring furry friends please be sure to pick up after them. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per party. The garage is accessible through the duration of stay, we just ask to provide us with notice if there is items being placed inside and utilized.
We have 4 beds in the home as well as a television in each room.
1 king bed in the Owners Suite, 2 Queen beds in 2 other rooms and 1 queen bed located in the lower level of the home.
Photos may be subject to change(furniture, tables, chairs and etc.) Currently, there is beautiful updates to the home. We are working to provide updated photos.
For any emergencies made during stay, we do ask for us to be contacted and be informed.
Any trash left behind after stay in the interior and exterior portions of the house will be fined after stay.
We ask that items used such as towels, blankets, sheets etc. be placed in laundry room after stay.
