* Cleans up after themselves, and is willing to help with chores.
* Is friendly and down to hang out, but also respects the need for privacy and quiet.
Please note:
* $400 damage deposit due with first and last months on move-in.
* Lease lengths for 6 months with shorter leases negotiable
* Utilities will be split equally among roommates.
* Internet will be covered by rent.
