I am looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or do drugs. No pets please. Alcohol is okay in moderation, but no party goers. Guests are allowed over. But, please treat the house as if it were your own. I also want someone that I can talk to and get along with. The move in date is now. A one time $965 deposit is also required. Applicant must be able to pass both a background check and have no evictions on record. Plus two most recent pay stubs are required in order to prove income, prior to moving in.
