Please note: one Electric heater and fan recommended, as propane is designated for water heating and stove use - unless you want to pay for propane. Parking is included. Generator gasoline is excluded since the owner uses a solar Jackery.
Walk-in closet and private bathroom with separate entrance from your private deck patio.
Requirements: First months rent, along with a deposit. Minimum income of 3x monthly rent required for consideration.
