Anyway- this place is bitchin- brand new everything, amazing natural light, and a nice sprinkle of character for good measure. In-unit laundry!! AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE NEIGHBORHOOD! Holy shet. This neighborhood is about to blow up and act like it don't know nobody. Another bro thing? was that one RiffRaff? Anyway- none of that here, but ultimate star quality... yes. STEPS from A.Casa for a snazzy happy hour, or Golden Hoosier for din on the patio? Mayhaps Piper's Coffee for a morning pick-you-up? Trifecta! Tons of future fav's coming to the neighborhood soon, too ;)
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
