Billed monthly for W/S/T - flat rate - $25 each; $75 per month

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Income at least 3x the monthly rent
Employment and income verification
No landlord/tenant complaints or previous evictions
No unpaid car loans, phone bills, utility bills, etc.
No serious criminal history

PET POLICY
If pets are permitted in a property, the following are required:
Monthly Pet Fee of $50 Per Pet
Pet Fee of $500 (non-refundable)
Prohibited Dog Breeds:
Akita, Show, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, German Shepherd
