Pest Control: Pest Control company sprays once every three months around the exterior of the home for termites, spiders, etc and remove spider webs. Water Softener: Tenant will need to add water softener salt pellets to system at side of house.
- NON-WARRANTIED: The following items or personal property are included in the Premises without warranty and Landlord will not maintain, repair or replace them: Kitchen water purifier, garage fridge, security cameras, fireplace.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
