We may allow pets in single family homes with an approved application and an additional deposit. (Usually $300) If we can accept Section 8 at a property, it will be noted in the property description.

Application Process: Application fee is $25/adult. We do a civil and criminal background check, as well as a credit check. We verify income, employment and housing history. It is not possible for us to determine if you will be approved over the phone, because there are multiple factors that require verification.
