Dresser and entertainment center, small fridge, microwave, double hot plate, and a toaster oven. Laundry downstairs. We are a retired couple, (RN, UPS truck driver). Renee rents the basement and will be your partner in caretaking duties. She works in retail. We are quiet, no drama. We have 2 dogs, a 4y German shepherd/golden mix, and a 10 y Aussie. 2 mostly outdoor cats. We have chickens and 4 horses. We spend 4 m down south for the winter (11/15-3/15). I horse camp on and off through the summer. These times are when the caretaking duties kick in. This will involve horse care, yard, and dogs split with Renee. We are looking for people of integrity, and self-direction, who enjoy rural living. Grocery 14 blocks S. Quiet Living. Shoveling snow everyone home helps with.
