I’m looking for a tenant to term rent out my private / partially detached guest house off of my 4 bedroom home in the Highland neighborhood of Austin (78752). The guest house is connected to the main house via a covered, concrete back patio and can be accessed privately via gravel walkway off the side gate.

* ~500 square foot
* $1,200 per month, flat rate (includes utilities and internet).
* This guest house has its own kitchenette which includes:
* Full sized, new fridge/freezer
* Air frier / toaster oven.
* Microwave
* Induction stove top (two burners)
* Dishwasher
* Sink
A bit about me:
I’m in my upper 20s, and I’ve lived in Austin for 7 years. I live with my boyfriend, Jeff, and our two dogs, Beaux and Abby. We are clean, young professionals who enjoy travel, hosting out of town friends, house projects, board games, fitness, and a good bottle of red.
What we are looking for:
Looking for a clean, professional, and respectful person or couple to share space with, preferably around our age. Captain f’ing obvious here, but you probably should not be homophobic lol. In all seriousness, our home is chill for all genders, races, and orientations.
Photos are featuring staged furniture, the guest house will not be furnished, but it does have a new fridge, air-frier oven, and microwave. Bedroom has been painted white.
