Midcentury cabin nestled in a forested setting and year-round creek plus peak-a-view of the lake!
Built in 1950 this old Tahoe charmer has been partially updated a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric range/oven and full-sized fridge with top freezer. Filtered lake views from back yard & deck as well as two of the bedrooms.
Home sleeps up to 8 guests in 2 downstairs bedrooms and another 2 sleeping rooms up top. The lower floor back bedroom has a plush queen bed and a nice vanity area for getting ready in the morning. The front lower floor bedroom has a double/full bed for two and an over sized closet.
The entire upstairs area is accessed via a steep set of stairs that come down between the living room and dining area below. You pop up into an attic like space with a dormer window facing the front and a door to the exterior stairs at the back bedroom. The front bedroom has 2 single beds and a dresser. In order to reach the back upper bedroom with the door to the outside you have to pass through this front bedroom and past the 1/2 bathroom and a large closet. The back bedroom is equally as large but faces the back yard. It has a window to the forest, 2 dressers and another 2 single beds.
Lot has plenty of parking for 6 vehicles in the abundant u-shaped driveway. Home also has wireless internet and a TV with streaming capacities in the living room. This is a home to get away from it all and enjoy nature and all Tahoe has to offer.
Central location with easy access to many north and west shore ski hills!

• The water heater is 30 gallons. Small for a group of 6-8.
• Home has just one main bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bathroom has a toilet/sink only and is upstairs.
• Stairs to loft sleeping area are quite steep.
• Must pass through bedroom #3 to access bedroom #4 upstairs
• Road to cabin is very steep and fairly narrow. During the winter we can advise you to an alternate route.
• Monthly housekeeping services included (2 hours per month)
• Renter's Insurance required for duration of the ski lease term.
RATES
• Rate includes 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, keyless entry technology, snowplow service, internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.
• 8 months $3,235/month (flexible payment options)
• 7 months $3,305/month (flexible payment options)
