The apartment also has its own washer/dryer, in the storage area. Fresh paint throughout.
The outer area features a private, enclosed courtyard, “tiki-like” outdoor building/bar area, as well as a party room/garage! The garage area houses 2 – half baths, a refrigerator, sink and microwave. This makes for the perfect entertaining spot in warm weather! Without a doubt, the most unique apartment we have offered to date! All utilities are also included!
The only caveat to this unique apartment is: The Electrical breaker box is located within this apartment for the rest of the building. We would need to have access to it at a moment's notice, in the case of a power outage in any of the other units. Please take this into consideration.
Entertainment and shopping within walking distance. Tenant takes care of snow removal within the courtyard, and you will need to mow the small grassy area within and keep all weeds at bay.
