3 Bedroom, 1 bath side-by-side duplex with off street parking situated in a quiet neighborhood and located 2 blocks from Lamar Park. Bright kitchen with large windows for natural light and a big back yard. Central A/C and washer/dryer hook ups.

1 dog (under 20 lbs) OR 1 cat are welcome but there is an extra $30 per month for pet rent. ESAs will need to show paperwork from a local licensed health care provider.

Tenant pays the following utilities (electric, gas, cable, internet and cable). Landlord pays water and lawncare.

No eviction or convictions in the last 4 years. Must have a credit score of 600 or better and a combined income of $5,000 per month with proof of funds (check stubs) or housing vouchers and show current state ID or driver’s license. Everyone over the age of 18 will be required to be on the lease and run background and credit checks. There are no fees collected for applications, but you will pay online for the background and credit checks.

14 month lease = $1,695.

Month to month lease = $1,895

$1,500 security deposit
