Must have a credit score of 600 or better and a combined income of $5,000 per month with proof of funds (check stubs) or housing vouchers and show current state ID or driver’s license. Everyone over the age of 18 will be required to be on the lease and run background and credit checks. There are no fees collected for applications, but you will pay online for the background and credit checks.
14 month lease = $1,695.
Month to month lease = $1,895
