This house is exactly beside the Milestone Shopping Center, Germantown, MD. Many other big stores, including Bestbuy, Home Depot, Wegmans, Giant, Starbucks and etc. are in 10 minutes walking distance.
3 minutes driving to the 15th and 16th exit to the Highway 270.
The bus stations close by host a whole lot of buses. You can take these buses to downtown Gaithersburg, downtown Rockville and many other places, and especially, the Express bus, Ride On Bus 70, will take you directly to the Metro station of Medical Center and that of Bethesda.
Room Condition:
The room is at the attic. It does NOT have door. But the space up from the stairs belongs to you only. Nobody will come up. About 200 square feet. A Queen size bed, a shelf, a desk and a chair are provided. You are welcome to use your own. And you will share a full bathroom at the third floor with another clean and quiet guy. The room is on the fourth floor. Living room and kitchen are in the second floor.
Parking:
You can park your car in the neighborhood with a permit I provide
People:
You will live with me, a middle age Asian, working 5/8 in downtown DC, who is quiet and has firm schedules, and another guy who is quiet and clean too, and works on a regular schedule in a nearby company.
Expectations:
Professional with a normal job, which can pay your rent on time. You are tidy, organized, and dont cook much. Not much personal belongings. No drugs, no smoke, please. No pets. No frequent friends visiting.
No food and drink in the room!
Contract:
All utilities are included in the price. 3 months minimum with a standard rental contract. We can try each other in the three months and then decide if we would continue. One month deposit is required. Credit check is needed.
