Our home is significantly larger than most 3 bedroom homes in Truckee/Tahoe making it great for multiple families here for ski school or a group of friends to share for a ski lease. The bedrooms are set up as follows:

- Primary bedroom (2nd floor): King-sized bed, large couch

- 2nd bedroom (2nd floor): Queen bed and two twin beds

- The studio (1st floor): Queen-sized bed, two futons (full & queen)

The main area of the house features a traditional gambrel first-floor layout with an open kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining table that seats 8+ that flows into the living area with ample seating around the fireplace & Samsung Smart TV.

We are offering our home fully furnished, which includes furniture and housewares. (Furniture may be different than in the photos due to new purchases.) The latter includes a fully functional kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, instant pot cooker, rice cooker, blender, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, dishware, and pots & pans. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with Kenmore washer and dryer. If you dont mind the cold, there is a weight set and pully machine in the garage, but guests can also use the gym facilities at the Tahoe Donner Rec Center (for a fee).

There is lots of storage throughout the house, as well as an oversized garage to store all your winter gear plus one car! The home also boasts a large, flat driveway able to hold vehicles for you and all your dinner guests. A must for Truckee winters as off-street parking is not available!

No smoking/pets due to asthma/allergies of the homeowner.

Homeowners will pay for basic internet, waste removal (two cans per week and recycling, overage charges are paid by the tenant), and once-a-day snow removal of the driveway by Estabrook. Tenants will be responsible for water, gas, and electricity, as well as any additional desired snow removal.

ABOUT TRUCKEE & TAHOE DONNER

Tahoe Donner Amenities: As part of your rental, you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, childrens play center, tennis, downhill and cross-country skiing, golf, private beach, fitness center, horseback riding, campgrounds, and hiking/biking trails. Amenities are subject to availability and require a fee. TD XC ski pass must be purchased separately.

Located conveniently in the center of Tahoe Donner, it is only a few minutes away from Safeway, downtown Truckee, and Donner Lake. 20 minutes to Northstar and Squaw/Alpine, and 40 minutes to South Lake Tahoe.

For those who may have to travel back and forth from the Bay Area, renting in Tahoe Donner/Truckee means that youre an hour closer compared to other communities in the Tahoe area.
