The room is 10×14, with a big shared bath with big cabinets built-in. I can provide a bed if needed. The kitchen, fridge, dining area, pantry, living room, tv, and laundry room are shared. The entire house has brand new hard flooring! There is a possibility of garage parking, or definitely driveway parking. There is also lots of room to store things in the garage.

I cant take pets because we already have animals in the house and cant have any more, but for the same reason, you will need to be okay with animals.
