Spacious and open layout with 2 balconies. New appliances and new modern furniture. You will enjoy sitting on the double balconies in Carolina Beach’s best season of the year: after the summer rush . Warm water temperatures will have you swimming in the ocean into October. Benign winters are the perfect environment for walks on the beach and boating trips. The State Park right next to our neighborhood also has multiple hiking trails, including arriving just in time to see a gorgeous Cape Fear River beach sunset. History buffs can visit the Fort Fisher Park 4 miles away. Nearby boat ramps are at your disposal and size permitting, you can even keep your trailered boat under storage beside ours in the carport.

With all new LVP flooring, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds, and modern décor, you will easily feel right at home.

No RVs and campers parking are allowed.

Kitchen

Cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans are available to serve 8 guests. Kitchen features a brand new stainless steel smooth top cooktop, Side by side refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, French press, and state of the art digital air fryer. Spice rack, utensils, bowls, cookware, cutting boards, electric kettle, and bakeware are all available: you won’t need to bring anything but your clothes. You should feel right at home with all the supplies provided.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom features a King bed with modern decor and a smart TV. The brand new stand up shower features marble tile and glass sliding door. The master bedroom opens up to the balcony where you can enjoy a quiet conversation or just enjoy the breeze. Do not hang over the balcony. Do not leave children unattended on balcony.

2nd bedroom upstairs

2nd bedroom features 2 full beds with modern decor and has its own bathroom with a bathtub. Perfect for children and even adults.

3rd bedroom

3rd bedroom is behind the kitchen and features a beautiful queen bed with a nautical theme in blue and white. A separate bathroom is located next to the bedroom with a tub shower.

Technology and Features

Guest access to the front door is by an electronic deadbolt lock. No key is needed. We will send you the access code prior to check in and code will expire at check out time. AT&T fiber internet allows you to stay connected.

Exterior-only security cameras (no interior cameras)

1. Ring doorbell is also out by front door. Another Ring doorbell is located at the back door.

2. The blink camera is at door downstairs outside by the door facing the driveway.

3. The blink camera is at the front door facing out.

Outdoor

The balcony has a giant swing to enjoy your coffee or watch the sunrise and sunset.

The second balcony located by the master bedroom features an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a quiet Autumn evening.

There is an outdoor shower located at the end of the driveway. Rinse off the sand or toys when coming back from the beach.

The storage closet located at the bottom of the stairs has some beach toys, chairs and umbrella for your use.

Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed on the property.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
