All applicants must have a minimum credit score above 600.
Income: You must make 2 times the amount of rent. Submit two months of current pay stubs. We will also accept a hire letter from your future employer which must state the hire date and salary.
If you are self-employed, you will need to provide the first page of your tax return for the past two years.
